You will join the newly established Digital & Project Excellence department, which currently consists of 9 employees. The job

You will be an instrumental part in driving the adoption and efficient use of various technological solutions across the Novo Nordisk Foundation. You will be tasked with managing organizational changes associated with technology implementation and delivering training programs to ensure the staff is competent and comfortable with new systems and processes.

You will be pivotal in ensuring the safe and streamlined adoption of diverse technologies within the scope of Generative AI, a key strategic focus that is set to shape the foundation’s direction in the coming years.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the change management initiatives for the integration of new technologies, including but not limited to GenAI, within the foundation.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops across various departments to understand the impact of technological changes and to identify training and support needs.
  • Create, implement, and maintain training programs that caters to the specific technological needs of the foundation, ensuring a high level of uptake and competency.
  • Monitor adoption rates and feedback, adjusting training and support programs to maximize effectiveness and address concerns.
  • Assist in the identification and management of resistance to change, employing strategies to mitigate concerns and enhance engagement.

About you

You thrive on exploring new trends and technologies. You demonstrate a passion for communication and are known for your excellent collaboration skills.

You have a proven track record when it comes to your strong facilitation and training skills. With your curious mind set you are on a continuous learning and professional journey in the field of new technology.

Further, we imagine that you have:

  • Degree in Organizational Development, Business, Information Technology, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • +5 years’ experience in change management and training within a technologically diverse environment.
  • An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of driving engagement with digital apps and services
  • Knowledge of various technologies and their applications in business settings.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships across various stakeholder groups.
  • Experience with Generative AI technologies is desirable.
